January 2018 Mandala Writing Workshop at Arellano University

Last January 15, after the 7th Peace Pole Anniversary Celebration, we gave a Mandala Writing Workshop for some of the students in Arellano University. Mario "Toots" Fungo first gave a short lecture about Mandala Writing then afterwards, the students started making their Mandala.

When the students were already finished with their mandalas, they were divided into three groups so that they could share more about what they've created. The three groups were facilitated by Madelyn Gonzaga Caadan, Oscar Ejercito and Mario "Toots" Fungo.

After the small group discussion, all three groups formed one big circle and later on had a picture taking showing their works.

Thanks to the Arellano University Students, Admin, faculty members and staff, JAS Student Council and of course Ms. Michelle Garrido for the warm hospitality. May Peace Prevail On Earth.

3 Mandala Artworks for Exhibit this February, 2018

Mandala Peace Arts Initiative resident artist and core group member Gabby Medina made three big mandalas. Each is 15 inches by 15 inches saying I am faith, I am hope and I am love. When all three are placed together side by side, one can see the continuity of the 3 designs. These are already framed and will be exhibited in a gallery in Antipolo some time next week. May Peace Prevail On Earth. :-)
