Mr. Francisco Paulino V. Cayco, President of Arelliano University, Assistant Vice President for Arelliano University Elisa Esguerra Campus Ms. Maria Lourdes G. Mudlong, Mr. Mark C. Malonzo, Mr. David Paul Tapang, Ms. Baby Joy Deguit, administration staff, faculties, student leaders and our beloved students, a pleasant good afternoon.

There are some moments that it's hard to believe in Peace when we see massive corruption in our country, the invisible flood control projects that left the country subject to flood and a lot more. And these caused us to vibrate negative frequencies manifesting more bad things to happen. And it's sad that we are becoming accustomed to these things.

However, some of us continue to hope. Some of us continue to believe that there is still a light after the dark tunnel or maybe a rainbow after the storm. Some of us continue to believe that Peace is attainable through vibrating a collective positive frequency that can manifest more good things to happen. And since this is actually an International Day of Peace, millions all over the world are gathering to celebrate the spirit of Peace sending one message out to the world "May Peace Prevail On Earth". There are people in Detroit, Michigan who are celebrating Peace this very day with their World Peace Flag Ceremony at Wayne State University. In Chicago, there are people gathering for their Peace Day at Daley Plaza. In Nigeria, they are now celebrating their Peace Day at the Echelon Hotel, Port Hancourt, River State, Nigeria and many religious leaders, traditional rulers, the political class, television/newspaper/media representatives, students, members of the academia, women and youth are expected to attend. There are a lot of other countries that are celebrating Peace Day all over the globe but here in the Philippines, we are celebrating the United Nations International Day of Peace right here in Arelliano University and truly it is a privilege and an honor to celebrate our Peace Day with you all. A lot of positive frequencies from different sides of the globe in just one day can greatly manifest the spirit of Peace. What more if we manifest Peace frequencies each and every single day.

In this International Day of Peace, we are also celebrating the Anniversary of our Peace Pole Planting here in this University. The last time I was here with fellow members of our NGO Mandala Peace Arts Initiative, I shared that the Peace Pole is only an ordinary piece of wood that was formed into a shape of a Peace Pole, sanded, painted white all over and painted a prayer on it. The prayer "May Peace Prevail On Earth". Despite the fact the piece of wood could not speak, it now serves a purpose. And having a purpose in life is important. But more than having a purpose in life is emitting the right frequency.

Early in my speech, I talked about the present situation of our country today. Our government and non-government officials have their purpose in life. They swore to serve the people but ended up serving themselves. So their frequencies are very much different to their purpose in life. Although we can surely say that we don't agree with them, we don't have any control over them but we can control ourselves. If we will say that we will be advocates of Peace, we have to be certain about it. We have to think of Peace, feeling that we already have Peace in our world today and acting on it like what we are doing now. Because everything has a frequency. Even a thought. It's around 600 hertz. One good thought is to acknowledge that we are God's children and we share His Divinity. And because God is Love, we are also capable of loving. Love for our fellowmen, love for our country and love for our God. So if love for money leads to corruption, using money as a tool to serve our fellowmen, our country and our God leads to greater things. Two thoughts leading to two different results. So which thought do we want to make?

So like the Peace Pole that is creating a frequency using the words painted on it, we can actually create our own frequency by saying this same prayer "May Peace Prevail On Earth". This prayer was started by the founder of Byakko Shinko Kai, Masahisa Goi, a person so dedicated to World Peace and the elevation of planetary consciousness through easily accessible spiritual principles. To foster the continuation and growth of Byakko Shinko Kai's work for Peace, our organization Mandala Peace Arts Initiative would love to conduct Mandala Writing Workshops to all of you and continue our Symphony of Peace Prayers. We must continue to dedicate ourselves to awakening our own inner spiritual lives in the process of realizing Peace on Earth.

Because thoughts and words have positive frequencies and energies, you can all say these with me:

May Peace Prevail On Earth

May Peace be in our homes and in our countries.

May our mission be accomplished.
